Dr. Perper, also known as Dr. Joshua Perper, is a forensic pathologist who served as the Chief Medical Examiner for Broward County, Florida from 1994 to 2005. He is known for his involvement in several high-profile cases, including the death of Anna Nicole Smith and the murder of Ennis Cosby (son of comedian Bill Cosby). Dr. Perper has also written several books on forensic medicine and has served as an expert witness in numerous court cases. He received his medical degree from the University of Bologna in Italy and completed his residency in pathology at the University of Miami School of Medicine.
